The Technology Transfer Programme Office (TTPO) coordinates four Business Incubation Centres which each offer technical expertise in several fields, as well as advice and support with business development.

ESA offers Business Incubation at four locations:

• ESA BIC Noordwijk at the European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESTEC) in Noordwijk, The Netherlands



• ESA BIC Oberpfaffenhofen at the Aerospace Technology Park Oberpfaffenhofen (ASTO) in Gilching, Germany, managed by the Anwendungszentrum GmbH Oberpfaffenhofen



• ESA BIC Darmstadt at the European Space Operations Centre (ESOC) in Darmstadt, Germany, managed by cesah ('Centrum für Satellitennavigation Hessen' in Germany).



• ESA BIC Rome at the European Centre for Earth Observation (ESRIN) in Frascati, Italy, managed by BIC Lazio (Business Innovation Centre of Lazio Region in Italy).
